Axle Options |

| Rice Axles are available to give additional ground clearance when harvesting rice.
Fully-Adjustable Axles can be set between 120” – 154” and are available for dual wheel or specific row spacing. Below is an overview of our axle options for 525 to 875 bushel capacity grain carts and when they may be desired. 1. Grain Cart with Standard Axle Wheel spacing adjustable at 120” – 144” c/c. Standard ground clearance. 2. Grain Cart with Scales and Standard Axle Wheel spacing at 120” c/c only for row spacing wheels and tires. Standard ground clearance. (35.5 Tires N/A in this application) 3. Grain Cart with Rice Axle (with or without scales) Wheel spacing at 120” c/c only. Increases ground clearance by approximately 6”. 4. Fully Adjustable Axle Can be added to 1, 2 or 3. When the customer wants a particular row spacing anywhere from 120” to 154” that cannot be obtained otherwise. Any cart (525 to 875 bushel capacity) with dual wheels must have the fully adjustable axle option. In addition, any cart (525 to 875 bushel capacity) with large floatation wheels (25x36 or 32x36) and electronic scales must have the fully-adjustable axle option. |

Examples: A) If the customer wants a grain cart with standard axle and scales, but wants row spacing other than 120” c/c, then he needs to add the Fully Adjustable Axle option, since the standard axle allows only for scale spindles at 120” c/c. B) If the customer wants a Rice Axle for additional ground clearance, but also wants a row spacing other than 120” c/c, then he need to add the Fully Adjustable Axle option in addition to the Rice Axle Option. C) If the customer wants row spacing of 120” – 144” (without scales), the standard axle will work. It is not necessary to add the Fully Adjustable Axle option. D) If the customer wants large floatation tires (25x36 or 32x36 Wheels) and electronic scales, a fully adjustable axle must be added. |
